Question Throttle Hesitation w/Two Bros Slip On?

I have a 2015 Honda CBR1000RR with a two bros slip on and stock air filter. I seem to be getting throttle hesitation and boggling down low in the RPMs. For example, when i let off the throttle whilst braking and then try to get back on the throttle, ill have to twist about 8-10% of throttle sometimes before i get power to the rear wheel... some times its really scary while taking a corner and trying to gradually open the throttle and getting a jolt of power kick in when you dont expect it. Local Shops have said its air to fuel ratio or ignition timing, etc.. idk. They recommended i tune the bike but i wanted to see if anyone else here has had this issue and how they resolved it. Thank You

You removed the factory muffler which had a valve in it to increase back pressure at low rpm.

When you removed that you needed to compensate for the higher air flow by adjusting your fuel maps.

You need a tune or a power commander (ecu flash being the best in my opinion)
