Please Help - CBR1000RR - Rattle Problem (not cct)

Hey all.

New to this forum, i ride a 07 fireblade and I love it.

I am having an issue in first gear with a rattle noise, it is noticeable loud.

Symptoms:
1. when I let out the clutch in first gear it begins to rattle
2. when i am in low rpm 2-4k rpm with slight load it rattles more and it is consistent with rpm (first gear) very faint sound in 2nd gear too.

What ive tried:
1. Ape manual cct install, noise still there
2. Changed sprockets and chain, noise still there
3. Cleaned lubed and adjusted both chain kits, noise still there
4. New clutch put in, checked springs all ok, noise still there

Other information:
-It has new Oil
-I Use highest octane fuel (don't think its knocking)
- front sprocket has a little play in it, it is OEM now.

Maybe unrelated but when I changed my front to -1 i didnt have the adjustable bolts sitting against rear axle on the rear wheel so when i gave it revs the rear wheel jumped forward and chain became extremely loose, it squirted out oil from the hole where the clutch rod goes in and i pulled in clutch immediately to stop power going to the drive chain.
Also when going down in 1st gear I can sometimes feel the lever go lower than first like its almost soft if that makes sense

Really appreciate any help that anyone has to offer, will get video asap

Is there enough clean oil in it?

Is there a play in clutch rod now? Thinking your chain may have done some damage at the clutch rod when you didnít have the rear wheel secured. It should have never squirted any engine out of there.

Hey, thanks for your reply.

Oil has just been serviced and checked yes - I replaced it twice within 1,000km (once when I got the bike, and second time when I changed the clutch)

The clutch rod does move a little if I wiggle it... the only reason why I know oil came out of that hole is because when I took the chain off and ran the engine without the clutch slave* attached (oops) the oil came out of the same hole, so I assume its the same deal when the chain became loose after that ride

Note: there is no power loss, I also run highest octane in AUS (98)

..hmmm

When did the problem exactly start? (After what was done), it could be the gears/transmissions if you like to wheelie

I would think it was after that moment the chain got really loose, sometimes I don't hear it at all but majority of the time it is there in the first gear low rpm under load and the clutch out.. hmm maybe 1st gear might have been damaged
