Unhappy Bogging at high revs, need help

Hello everyone,

My 04 cbr1k has been bogging out around 7-8k and came to the conclusion of a fuel hose kink. I ended up buying a oem fuel line and i installed it and it seems it helped out and it went up to 10k rpms and will bog out and it did this for one day and then the very next day i went to start it and warm up and started to head home and the same thing. it drives fine untill it hits around 6-8k rpms and bogs out. Can anyone send me pictures of where i need to position the fuel line? It feels like the oem one i bought is just a half inch too short and its stretching or kinking when it makes that 180 degree turn towards the fuel rail. if someone can please send pics or anything so i know im routing the fuel line the right way. Thank you and i am about to set the bike on fire and go purchase another one.

Could be a weak/clogged fuel pump.

Same thought here, check the strainer and pressure test the fuel pump

I’ve taken fuel pump out and taken the filter/sponge thingy and cleaned it out.

Unfortunate. That leaves fuel pressure regulator, secondary injectors, airflow, or weak spark/plugs to check.

Looked for the fuel regulator, I can’t find that in the manual, I’ve found the map sensor where the primary injectors are, is that what you are talking about?

FPR is inside the tank attached to the pump assembly. Check that the secondary injectors are clean and flow well if the issue occurs above 1/4 throttle, it kinda sounds like they aren't opening up or there isn't enough pressure to feed properly. The fuel line will only really fit in there one way, just make sure it's positioned as well as you can get it when dropping the tank, and be sure all the hoses on the throttle body are in good shape.
