Looking for some guidance for oil leak

I have a 2016 with 6100 miles on it. Last ride I went on I came home and the next day I noticed a little pool of oil on the ground. Checked around the bike and noticed the oil smeared across the lower left side fairing.. checked oil level and it was low. So I added oil and the only place I can see it dripping from is obviously from the lowest part of the left side. My question is because I dont see it coming from elsewhere is it safe to assume it's just a gasket leaking or is there a point above that I cant see that I should be looking at? Before I take it to a shop I would like to gain some wisdom from you folks first to see if it's an easy fix. Last oil change was done around 4200 miles using honda oil 10w-40

I would check to make sure the oil filter is tight and the cap is in tight. Get down on the ground with a flash light and try to pin point the area.

So I checked the oil filter and its dry no signs of a leak. The oil fill cap and drain bolt are both tight. I did notice that it only happens after the bike gets up to temp. It sat all night with no sign of leaking but when I started it up this morning to check it I noticed that the oil was collecting on that bolt again. Not a lot like it was dripping but definitely noticeable
