2006 cbr1000rr ECU flash

getting my ecu back from remap in the morning. Im
Running 520 conversion on stock gearing with a jardine rt1 just did tune full tune up with plugs and went with stock air filters. The guy at the tune shop recommended that I jun Sprint.is there much to gain in the pair mod? How about flapper? What do yall recommend I do next. Already have upgraded brakes.

My understanding is the pair mod is done more for accurate A/F when tuning. Flapper will open it up and breathe better. You can gut the intake or remove altogether and replace with an A-tech. Also would want to add block off plates when removing the pair system. EDIT: In lieu of buying block off plates you can just use what's there--remove the hoses and cap both reed valve covers. I think you want to remove the plates within the covers as well. Maybe someone else can chime in on that.
