Here you go - By the book PAIR & EVAP delete & catch can install.

After hearing horror stories of snapped bolts trying to install block off plates & seeing folks jerry-rig catch cans, I decided to follow the book and just do it HRC style

Did make 1 change though. I did not keep the charcoal EVAP which is still required even on race bikes in some jurisdictions. I just have the 2 outlets on the catch can feed each other.

The catch can vents to the atmosphere via the air box by pass tube.

It says right there in the book, Clamps (Racing Kit) - so they must be special in some way ....

Actually, anything "normal" is usually just a regular Honda part number cheaply available via Partzilla. But I must say I do like using good quality galvanized hose clamps. I have always preferred the Honda bulk clamps to non-name bulk clamps.

When I swap the radiator I will replace all the single use clamps with worm clamps. But I am currently working ont he subframe.

Getting there. But a couple critical challenges to address.

For sttock ECU IMU location is pretty critical. IMU mounts to ABS pump, Wheel speed sensors pass through ABS modulator.
So why reinvent the wheel, use the ABS hardlines to position the ABS pump for IMU mounting

To remove ABS function I will just pull the ABS pump fuse.

Finding a neat way to store the unused harness connections is a challenge.

I may relocate the regulator/rectifier to the old charcoal canister location - will give me that excuse to buy the cool carbon mounting bracket.

Now to find an undertail panel to clean up the bottom of the tail piece.

Some more Titanium... Even though many stock pieces are already drilled and pretty light, there is still weight to be shaved.

520 drive chain and sprockets & Ti fastners shave another 1.5lbs

Not sure why these fastener are Ti other than it looks cool

HRC Harness ready.

Stock harness comes out... 6.5lbs

HRC harness goes in... 5lbs

Stock switch cluster plugs cannibalized for button pod. HRC switch cluster will be used when the bike is in Endurance guise

HRC high throttle in the Throttle By Wire world is the equivalent of the quick turn throttle int he analog world - yet it has 3 more degrees of rotation, 68* vs 65* for the stock throttle.

HRC NL9 clutch cable - shorter is better, doesnt block the dash view
