***MotoGP End of the Year Spoiler**"

Well, it's official, Jorge Lorenzo announced his retirement from MotoGP.

I had a feeling this was coming after fracturing his vertebrae.

So...who gets the seat? Zarco? Cal? The guy who's known as the brother of Marc Marquez 😋 ?

Yeah, no big surprise, really. My bet is on Zarco to get the second bike, Cal is on his way out and I don't think Puig would risk two Marquez' in the garage as Marc probably already has a level of power in the organization that makes corporate Honda nervous.

But what do I know, really? Bring on silly season!

Ya, I think Zarco will inherit the ride too. It would be cool to see what he can do on the Honda.

I just wish teams didn't start recruiting so early in the season. It messes things up...

It happened as MM93 did his. Ducati did theirs early (from what I’m getting) cuz they don’t want to loose their best.

I can't imagine them giving Zarco the ride.

Moto3 was AMAZING as always.

No more Aprilia, moved on to MV Agusta, ooops...make that a Panigale....

Dammit, almost killed on that. Now on a Cannondale MTB.

Yeah, it's sounding more and more like Alex, which for us fans might be the best anyway, other than maybe Crutchlow. Read a good point that Honda doesn't really have any young guys in the pipeline right now, AM would certainly fill that void. Still a little surprising considering how tight a rein Honda brass likes to keep on things.

We wait and see!

Yep, went to Alex. He got a one year contract. This will be an interesting dynamic. I'm wondering how hard the Marquez brothers will race against each other...

Yeah, actually didn't think it would happen, but I'm happy to have been wrong. Maybe there's actually been a shift in corporate culture at Honda, finally?

This is going to be interesting to watch. Apparently they already do damned near everything together, including training and practicing.

MM93 seems to be very much aware of his place in the record books, so it'll be curious to see how much he's willing to share. Brother or not, I doubt he's going to want to see someone beat him come the race weekend, or in the long term. Then again who knows? If anyone could beat him, maybe he'd want it to be his brother.
