06 CBR1000RR Leaking.

I dropped my CBR1000rr to avoid a colision and there is a tube on the left side that is leaking fluid (minor drips). Was this tube always disconnected? What is this tube used for? Should I be worried?

Thank you in advance.

Hydrolic clutch line. if its leaking you probably put a crack in it. replace it
that is your Clutch line and yes you should be worried if you continue to ride it like that. however you can buy an after market line that is steel braided for about 60 bucks in multipule colors you just have to bleed it after you install it.
if u look closely there is another tube which i believe that is what he is referring too since he did specify tube not line :th_salute:
if you are refering to the tube that has an open end in the picture I think that is a overflow "tube" from the tank, and unless I am mistaken and I could be there should be a T union on the end so that the excess fuel will exit under the bike and not on your leg. Thanks for pointing that out Henessy
Yeah, I'm referencing the open tube. Can someone check on their bike if they have an open tube. I think it is an overflow tube, but is it always open?

yup does seem to b an overflow line trying to check it on mine but its 2 hot outside + bike is hot, looks like it T's off to that brown hose could b wrong tho
no its not always open but when you laid it down the T union could have popped off and that is probably why its open if you follow the tube that runs down just pass the your slave cylinder you might ba able to see if it is disconnected there
