06 engine switch for a 2005 cbr?

Hi all, my name's Zack and I've had a terrible week. My engine seized on my 2005 repsol the other day and it gets worse. I bought a 05 engine off a random (my mistake) $1000 in installation later and its no good.

I found a nice 2006 engine and I am hoping someone can tell me if its usable. I was told by my repsol forum that if I switch the airbox, top injectors, and sensors it will be all good. Is this correct?

I really appreciate any advice. Its been a long week and I just wanna ride.
