yes, they will fit. 04/05 and 06/07 same bike basically (with the exception of 06/07's have a few more hp, larger rotors, and pc's swinger, they are the same bikes.)

They'll fit,but they will stick out a little.The hole on the 06 fairing is a bit deeper
