Hey guys, great forum you have here (600rr.net too)
I love the 1000RR... glad to hear you are all enjoying them :x
I was wondering what bike most of you guys are upgrading from to get the 1000RR... I'm sure alot will say 954, or 929 but I'm curious.
I guess I'd like to see some F4i guys making the jump, because although I only have a 2000 F4 right now, I'd like to make the jump to a 2005 CBR1000RR next year (when mine is paid for
)
Also, what kind of experiance (years riding) do you have, and what do you suggest before owning a 150rwhp litre bike?
This will be my 2nd season with the F4, and I feel I'll be ready for the 1000 by the end of it. I'm a pretty big guy - 6'4 / 255-275lbs (depends on gym phase), so the extra weight should slow me down
Going fast (straight line) isn't new to me, as I race a [email protected] drag car, but doing it on 2 wheels IS new... it's just those darn corners I need to work on
I look forward to reading your responses...
