16 tooth sprocket made into 15!
changing out my original front sprocket to a 15 tooth and found i already had one!!!! only has 7000klms on it too:sad010:

beh, grind it down. Plenty of other teeth still left. 
Im thinking the tooth is the least of his problems, the rust is what I would notice.

I remember a friend on a Can-o-tuna and I saw his chain and it was rusted to hell, I told him he had to lube the chain often and that that chain was in need of changing...his response...Doesnt the chain get its lube from the oil pan chain reservoir
it aint rust mate thats rubber that you can see just fouled up with road grime and chain lube....Im thinking the tooth is the least of his problems, the rust is what I would notice.

i thought that too but the chain is ok,think will just put on another 530 front sprocket run it for a few thousand more klms and then go the full monty with a 520 conversion
