'17 Oil leak, Advice needed

I noticed an oil leak a few weeks ago around the clutch. I took the fairings off and cleaned everything so I could see where it was coming from. It's a very slow leak. Just a few drops have formed over 3 days of sitting on the stands. I washed everything with a degreaser and dried everything really well. I'm certain the leak is in the picture with the yellow arrow pointing to the black sealant.
I don't want to have to pull the whole clutch case and reseal it. Unless it's a fairly cheap process. The leak is so small, I don't see it being a major issue to just watch it and see if it gets worse. Is there something I can paste over top of it that can last a few years instead?
Thanks guys!

PS, I know that bolts are removed in the pictures. I took the GB racing engine covers off so I could look and clean under them, so the bolts needed to be taken out. Even with the bolts tightened down, there is still a leak.

The service manual calls for additional sealant to be applied to the area that’s leaking on your crankcase when the cover is reinstalled.

That area is likely prone to leaks and just needs to be resealed. The process is easy over all but I would still follow the service manual when removing the cover.

I had the exact same issue with after installation of Yoshimura case covers. It appears that with some of the bolts removed, the mating surfaces separate a little bit and cause a leak to occur. I had to remove the clutch cover, clean off all the old sealant, and reseal with Loctite 518 anaerobic to stop the leak.

It's not a difficult process, although getting the starter shaft back into the hole in the clutch cover can be tricky.

Thanks for the advice guys. I will check out youtube for some tutorials and look at the maintenance manual. Will try to get it done in next week when finals are finished lol

Yeah Honda doesn't believe in gaskets for some reason and use something called Honda bond sealant. Had to do this job on a fairly new bike. Pretty straight forward but that cover has to come off.

Most of my bikes have used sealant for the clutch cover. Shocked me the first time I realized there was no gasket, but now it feels normal lol.
