That brings back memories. I had a brand new 87 600 hurricane, same color as your dad's 1k. Rode it all over Washington and Oregon.

i had the 1987 baby blue one, I think that is why my wife married me. Then upgraded into a 1997 cbr1100xx, and now the 081krr. Oh the memories!!!:thumbsup:

In 1987 I wasn't even conceived! How's that for time? My dads Hurricane is an 88, the year I was born. Even better- CBR1000F, my initials- CRB! Coolness!

Pretty sure it's on the Repsol and ABS options only. I prefer the look of my 08 1krr, but this bike is so much better for street riding with the ABS.
