2008 1000RR fender eliminator options?

I just bought a new 1000RR and am back in the same boat I was 6 years ago with my F4i. I ended up making my fender eliminator but had issues with rocks chipping the paint. I need all the trunk space Ive got and was wonering what my options were and if others could post pics?

I dont want the Taylormade due to the two taillights, the CW kit is not painted, Im thinking about an unpainted hotbodies undertail if it is just black plastic, recessing three white threaded LEDs as plate lights, and then make my own plate/blinker bracket.

Anyone use or see a targa fe?

It would be great if a company made just the plastic filler plate so the factory ugly fender could be unbolted and a new filler plate be installed.

taylormade is actually really nice looking in person but they are lacking on the customer service side, hotbodies is down right one of the worst products you could buy and their service is not great either.
R&G tail tidy!!!!
Great info, I too have heard poor comments about hotbodies.

Diddy, awesome picture. I like to see fellow riders with there bikes out and snow in the pics. The snow just left my lawn last week.

Anyone have a recommendation as to where to buy the R&G tail tiddy, it looks very slick. Is is similar to the evotech tail tiddy I see on youtube? Pros, cons?
Where did you get your little indicators from?

Both were purchased from Brad at SBK Supply. The indicators are R&G.
Before I knew about this site I bought a "Bikelitez" that thing sucked ballz. Once I got on here Brad hooked me up with a RG-RACING.

might i recommend the Lightech? you will lose LOTS of trunk space but you get that WSBK look.

have you looked at the Rizoma undertails? The license plate bracket from them is quite expensive, but I'm sure there is some alternative for that...

you wont lose too much space either, the trunk goes pretty deep

Another vote for the R&G.....I have one on my 09 Repsol.

And those are Rizoma indicators...by the way.

And the good thing about the R&G is that there are no internal brackets ....so you retain the "boot space" of the original.

R&G tail tiddy, hmmm i like. i think am sold! i need one!
CBR Heaven

check out CBR Heaven -- I put one in and it is very cool with LED and low mounted license plate
I have the R & G tidy tail. Brad at supperbike supply (lexus rx is his screen name) has a buttload of stuff for great prices. We have him on speed dial.
i cut the stock 'arms' at an angle, and made a small sheetmetal bracket to hold the plate to it... cost was nothing, trunkspace uneffected, looks clean/stock, fits perfect and its a lightweight mod..
I got a BikeLitez one and worked fine for me with the exception of one Bolt that didnt match up. It increased my trunk by at least 65%. Nothing special on the looks side. No major bells and whistles but it gets the job done by getting rid of the Honda fender.
By the way if I wasnt such a hurry I would have bought the Rizoma undertail
