Cost on the 1000rr is $9,379
I've also know for weeks what the invoice was ($9479), but still havn't verified what the holdback was.
I figured one stop shopping for a dealer invoice, holdback, dealer rebates, and sales incentives for all existing bikes, might help someone out. If not, disregard.

Sorry, I got the numbers mixed up. I payed $9,579 which means cost is $9,479 not $9,379
