my dealer told me they can see what’s coming through April of this year and there is no mention of the RRR on that list. So it looks like it might be closer to summer they told me, which sounds crazy.

I wonder what the prices will be. My local dealer told me they only got 3 for the whole year and other dealers got none, so it doesn't sound like there is any room for price negotiations. However, I read on another post that there are thousands of dollars in savings that could be had because there is stock sitting around. The two points of view are obviously polar opposites, but I have not seen any sitting around on a showroom, I'm in SoCal BTW.

Ya I have no problem waiting if I know we where getting them.
I figured we had so many members on here and some with some sort of a inside scoop somehow that maybe someone could shed some light .

There is a few dealers in California. Cycle Trader had a cheap one like 26500.Last fall they still have it and you have to call them for a price now.

I believe when I looked at the price from there to ours it looked like a 500 dollar bump.
So let's say you want a 30th anniversary plan on spending 30 grand for one.
Like anything 30 grand for a Honda will not be for everyone.
But I think we are all waiting and a little Information whould be great.

I see a reference to an SP, and to a RR-R. Aren’t they two different things? I admit I have not kept up.

Okay, I guess the only SP now is the triple R. I see a lot of new Triple Rs in stock around the country. I see one in Dallas with a price in the 24’s.

With all the leftovers for sale I don’t see why Honda would care about a 2022. It’s seems to me that everyone who is willing on spending $28k for the bike already has one. As much as I like my RR, if I’m willing on spending more than even $20k I’m not buying the Triple R. I’d rather have even a base Ducati or BMW.

Well I we t to my dealer today he said that there is still 3 forsale in MO. He said that's not good Honda does not like that. He said the Honda Reps are still not even going to Dealership due to covid protocol everything is done buy Tex or EMAIL.
The only way you got a 2021 was $500.00 Down and a Drivers license with that .To even order those .He said they got stuck with there as the buyer did not want to wait anymore so they gave him his 500 back.He said that is probably what happened to all the others that are siting there they did not cone in on time.
The Honda rep did reply to him when I was there and avoided the ? And said reach out to Kansas MO where there is some.He avoided the ? About the 2022 s.
This was the owner of the dealership I was working with today.

What I'm curious about is...Will the US version (if it exists) look like the European version based on the original Euro Fireblade (as in above post photo)? Or will it be based on the first R/W/B US CBR900? I'm hoping for the latter...

I thought about that as well but something tells me it will just the way it is shown now.
The only reason there could be a change is that have been silent on the USA.
That owner slash sales man been in the business his whole life when we started looking what was around and found 3 in Kansas and there was more in other states he said that is not good Honda hates haven there product sit.i chimed in and said ya I bet and it's there flagship model .
I'm hopeful others might start to buy some of those up soon.

Very similar scenario with delivery on my CBRRR, they said the same thing about summer 2020 delivery, I ended up getting delivery Oct. 2020, i would tend to guess most will start seeing them deliver Sept. Oct 2022, hopefully sooner for you guys,

Ya the dealer owner said that was the problem they had most guys backed out of there Original $500.00 Down as they did not want to weight so that's how alot of dealers got stuck with them

Oh well I have other bikes to ride so if it comes in late no big deal.
But for some people ya that could be a deal breaker so I can see people's frustration.

But since all the R.D is ki da done some small changes to it you whould think that it be at a little faster pace.
