Arrow headers to make my full system with Arata can.
Finally got around to installing these. It took a while but only cause I wanted everything right. I was told you could not use the Arrow mid-pipe with these but it works quite well. I only needed to make a little bracket to mount up everything as it was before the headers. The bracket was just to mount the Arata pipe to the frame as it was about a half inch further back than normal. No big deal.

Weren't those exhaust springs on top of the headers a PITA?!. Looks great, good to know in case anyone wants to try.
Yes they were so I installed them one pipe at a time starting in the middle. It was more of a pain in the ass cause I didn't have a spring puller. Shocker looks tight man. the only thing i notice(correct me if im wrong) are you missing the oem clamp between the mid pipe and the slevefrom the can or you just didn't want to put it on?

Did you have any problems with clearance on your radiator fan? I have the arrow pipes and am having mounting problems with the radiator.
yeah they look damn close to that fan on the radiator...shouldnt have clearance problems tho. Looks good shock nice job

Not really any problems. I don't think that they are any closer than stock. The only problems that I should of ran into was mounting the Arata to the Arrow Midpipe and I didn't run into that either. It all mounted up fairly well. I had to make one small little bracket to mount the Arata pipe to the subframe cause the exhaust got pushed further back than with just the stock headers. At tops it was a half inch off.
It looks close but I don't think that it looks any closer than stock. The headers are no different than if you had a full Arrow exhaust. The only difference is the Arata can. Everything from the front up to the midpipe should be exactly as planned from Arrow.yeah they look damn close to that fan on the radiator...shouldnt have clearance problems tho. Where did you source the arrow headers alone? - whats the cost vs getting the arata headers alone? Ive got the arata trap s/o already and this mod seems next on my list.
Did you get it mapped yet? If so what kind of gains did you get? If not, does the butt dyno notice a difference?
