Hey guys i had a issue with battery on my 2014 cbr 1000rr, it went flat aftet a week, had it tested and battery was bad. Got new battery and fitted it, bike runs and the charge rate is 13.4v when i rev her up to 5000rpm the charge rate goes to 13.6v. Is this enought to charge the battery or should i start fault finding?

Nope you're good.

Alot of times what you will find is a battery will show 12.8 volts or around there so you would think it is good right?
What you actually need to do is check the battery under a load like when starting the bike.
A bad battery could read fine just sitting but will drop well below 12v when under a load.

From the service manual, these are the specs for the battery. while the bike is off:
260582

Instructions to measure your charging system:
260583

So, you are good if your CV is higher than 13.0 / 13.2 and lower than 15.5.
