I launched myself the other day(oil + bikes = 0 fun) bent my rear hoop in the process, not to pumped about buying a new wheel. Does anybody know if it can be repaired? :?: Is anybody out there selling a 2004 CBR1000rr rear wheel cheap? :wink:

you could prolly fix it, but yer life is riding on a broken wheel, make sure if it is repaired that its fixed and checked out by shoe specialists.

Depends on how bad you bent it, but over the years I have fixed many bent rims with nothing more than a hammer & a couple 2x4 pieces of wood.

Don't know if this would work or if its possible...But aren't the 954 & 1000's rims the same??? If so, you're bound to find a 954 rim on Ebay..
