Where is a good place to get a rebuild kit for a 2011? My son is a damn wheelie ridin fool and now he has a loud knock. sounds like a rod bearing.

There is no rebuild kit because the crankcase journals bearings and connecting rod bearings have to be ordered based on the code that's stamped on the case, crank, and rods. Bearings (sets of 4 rod, 5 crankcase) are not matched either, so it's virtually impossible to put together a rebuild kit. Also, won't know the bearing needed until the motor is torn down to read the codes or measure the bearings.

You would do well to accept what 09_Blade says, he is dead on correct. no such thing as a kit. you have to approach it the same way you would if the valves needed shims, journal bearing sizes can be and most often are different and color coded. lots of craziness rebuilding the bottom end if you dont pay close attention to the correct procedures..
