Its talking about the SHIFT indicator(light) has 9 different settings(displays)..
Choosing indicator display??
I was looking through the manual and on page 37-38 it talks about choosing between 9 different displays????
I tried what it said and it did nothing, is this for Euro models or what?

all it says to do is press "RESET" repeatedly until you find the dispaly you prefer and then it shows a very confusing diagram
Did you follow the steps on page 36 that lead up to the point where you set the display?
