Cluster cover/windscreen

04 fireblade. A can a brake cleaner got dropped in the garage and covered cluster and windscreen. They now look like egg yolk ran down them. Any chance wet sanding and buffing will resolve this or should I just replace the cover and windscreen? I'm assuming replace them and that chances are no one in the history of ever has done this before. I was pretty upset with my self lol
