I've only glanced at the decals on the bike, but it looked like the decals on the faux tank were not clearcoated. Anyone removed their decals yet? I can't help but think that the black & silver would look much more classy without the squidly wings all over the silver

the tank is clearcoated on all the models except black.

i photoshopped this to show what my bike will look like 20 minutes after i get it home ....which will be tomorrow around 5pm

I dont think the tank is clearcoated on my red one, I was removing the 'info' stickers using a bit of WD40 to remove the sticky residue, and some red was on the cloth afterwards.

The red bike are clearcoated over the Honda Wing stickers on the tack cover. The black bikes do not have any clear on the tank cover, and the stickers can be removed.

This does not apply to warning stickers, as they are put on last - over the clear - on all bikes.

On my silver/black the wings and stickers on the mid-fairings and tail are not clear coated, but the Honda logo and wingtips on the tank are.
