does this look similar to something?

Not seeing much Honda in there, from the side looks VERY much like a new R6. Frame, swingarm, body, tank.

i was thinking the front faring around the headlights was similar. and from another picture that i didnt post, the rear faring looked similar too. to the untrained eye they all look the same...IE my wife. i thought maybe bmw and honda teamed up but i figured that wouldnt happen. your right, now that you look at it, it does resemble a yamaha a little bit. but why do they call it a 1000RR also? are there any relations at all?

they don't...it's a BMW S1000RR

The bike has nothing to do with Honda, Yamaha or any other bike manufacturer. Just happens to look similar. The bike isn't called a 1000rr, it's a s1000rr. BMW wants a slice of the sportbike market.
