ET/MPH and leathers

i have a leather jacket, will be getting boots asap, have nice gloves and helmet. but dont have leather pants due to $$$. is there a certain mph when you need leather pants? i hear 120? pretty certain my 1000rr is gonna hit that ha ha ha. would 2 pair of denim jeans be legal? im wanting to hit up the track soon but dont want to get kicked out.


also what about a kill switch?
