Hi all. Iv just bought a second hand cbr1000rr 07. Very happy with it. It has a stock exhaust. Iv just bided on a slipon on ebay and won. Its called Carbon Racing Exhaust. I picked it up for $229 seems prity cheap. hopefully not nasty. Anyway i was wondering whether i needed a power commander as well to get the most out of my new pipe. Thanks

You don't need it. It will help you get more out of that exhaust though. Since you're at it you might as well also gut your intake and install a set of bmc race filters to get the most out of the whole setup and really get the bike breathing well.

Hey bro, I can bounce my 2006 cbr 1000 rr up in third and in 4th gear. I can sit down and bring it up in first and shift all the way to 6th gear and she comes down around 150 mph. I just have a rs5 slip on, k&n, and pcIII
