In case anyone is interested here's what the flapper inside the exhaust pipe before the muffler looks like. I took mine completely out then cut off 3/8" carriage bolts as not to stick out past the inner wall of pipe then welded bolth sides shut (welded around head of carriage bolts on outside of pipe. I also made my own servo eliminator and will update pics soon and let you know how it worked. :) I'm currently replacing the radiator complete with red silicone hoses, and modifying the intake by removing the intake flapper and using another OEM intake that I bought on Ebay to enlargen and lengthen the stock ram air intake. Also installing a PC5 and a toggle to switch maps, new custom rear tail section with flowing dual color turn indicators, with extra CBR logo stop light. New pads and rotors all the way around, Wrapping header with high temp exhaust tape, PSR Block off plates, New REPSOL Blue plastic and more... Safe Travels! :)
