Fuel consumption

Hi All

Recently (5 days ago) bought a 2006 CBR1000RR with a Yoshimura RS-5 slip-on and a PCIII
I'm riding it fairly gently (most of the time)!!! and the current fuel consumption is around 7ltrs/100kms (33.17 miles per gallon)
Is this a fair figure considering the exhaust and the PCIII or could I expect to get better?
I need to check what map is in the PCIII, as I guess that could have a big effect on fuel consumption if it has the wrong map for the Yoshimura, but I don't want to go looking to fix something that isn't really a problem
Thanks in advance for any info

My 2014 is completely stock and averages 45 mpgs(calculated when filling up) when commuting on the interstate highway. I?ll manage to squeeze about 175 miles out of the tank before hitting the reserve.
