how easy was that to intall?? im looking to make trips from knoxville TN, to deals gap then chesapeake VA then the reverse trip. also going knoxville to san antonio and i think one of those guys could save me
this may be stupid crf but what is the security screw for?

looks good btw i used to used the suction cup on my garmin before it got stolen out of my truck :beat: caught the bastards tho so im just waiting to get their money to replace it now
I won a Mitac Mio Knight Rider GPS at a company holiday party last year and I've been riding around with it suction cupped to my right mirror. My mount rules, its as cheap and crappy as my GPS is :D

Does your GPS get in the way if you crouch down behind your windscreen?

it's not security from theft but rather security in not falling off the mount......the stock security screw has a screwdriver needed to install and remove......this aftermarlet one from a guy on st-forums is for ease of use.......if someone wants my zumo they can get it......but will be pissed off madly when they go to turn it on and my code is needed to unlock it.......plus garmin can track it and report to cops........
Here is the picture I use on my Zumo 450. I smile each time I turn it on. LOL

I agree 100%..
Find it hard to ride without now..Great for trips(gas gauge, route keeper, and lots of fun other things)..Update it with custom POI's (poi factory)and you can even know where redlight camera and speed cameras are in the area :th_salute:

Plus with the addition of 2gigs of mp3s..I have lots of music for the road..

For ease of listening,i use a ear piece extension(4ft).Run it under the gas tank and in front of the seat..Earplugs stay in the jacket..Plug the jack thats at the base of my jacket and instant music with nothing flying around.
