Looking into getting Luimoto seat covers for my Candy Blue/Yellow RR....(PRICEY!!!)

Ran across these Gel seats...look pretty comfy but I am having a hard time with the looks......

What do you think?

In this kind of saddle, the original foam rubber material is only transformed in the case of the "lowered" shape option. In all cases, nevertheless, it is made supple, waterproof and dressed in Top Saddlery’s seat cover design.

You can buy gel pads on weebay. I'm not sure how firm or soft it should be but The orange pro pad is a very close dimension. You can even send your luimoto cover and seat and they will install it for you. You could also just get a softer spring.

yup. Honda doesnt make a seat (replacment seat for all u smartass...:thumbsup for the 07 and lower cbr's. :th_down:

I agree..I got one and LOVE it.. Found mine on ebay slightly used (with matching rear cover still new in the bag) for 165.00 :thumbsup:

Figured I'd reopen this thread, since I just installed a Sargent driver seat and pillion cover. What a HUGE difference in riding position, combined with the Vortex rear sets, set 20mm back and 10mm up from stock. Now I sit in the middle of the seat, not the front of it.
