snapped a couple shots yesterday.. does anyone here have experience in HDR photography? (high dynamic range)

True HDR images are created from atleast 3 bracketed exposure shots out of the camera. HDR images done from one exposure using photomatix are not true HDR. Hence why those look fake and painted almost

as ACE mentioned, need three or more RAW images to make an HDR..

i've seen some on thumpertalk.......can u do this?

actually these are true HDR.. used 5 different exposures set +1 and -1 deviations apart.

my bad, you just took your adjustments a little further than natural eh

Still looks good though, HDR's ive done look more natural, just alot more definition than usual. Like this

set the gamma and strength on the high side. only been experimenting with HDR few weeks but been in photography 10 yrs.

how many exposures did you take to get this shot and what aperture was the primary exposed shot?
