Why is the 213V almost 100lbs lighter than the Fireblade when they're both the same displacement?

The dry weight of the RC213V is 170kg dry while my 2011 Fireblade WITH THE LITHIUM ION BATTERY & SIDE/BOTTOM FAIRINGS REMOVED is 173kg dry. My Fireblade puts out approx. 168hp while the RC213V homologated puts out 162hp.

Don't see anything about it which would make it worth 500K?
