@RC45 I'm not the one that paid for "Specialist" below my handle, lol and I am new to Honda and I have made zero claims to know anything about the previous model, however, I know WAY more than you do about the new one and that kills you doesn't it, ha! I have contributed useful information about the SC82 and all you have tried to do is poke holes in it, without success. Pretty sure those are all race teams that don't resell HRC parts to the public, except for maybe Padgett's who I ordered my chain guard, taller windscreen and solo seat cowl from. Now that I think about it they (Helen at Padgett's) did reach out to me to ask if I wanted HRC parts but I have already been working with Ten Kate on that....in YOUR world placing an order for something makes you a technical partner right? 馃ぃ

Again you'd be mistaken.

Roadracerx, I did have one question, if you dont mind. I'm not sure it was in this thread, or the other one, but at some point you mentioned changing the front sprocket for one that was not rubber mounted. When you did this, how did your shifting change?

Oh I am assure you, I am NOT the one that is mistaken. It is possible they sell parts to the public, it is also the case most of those if not all are race teams.

It is really immaterial. Also you have likely violated International Copyright laws by posting pics from the "2020-CBR1000RR-R ST" HRC manual. I know I paid for and received it but you can't take pictures from it and post them for YOUR benefit as you have done. Remember your comments in another thread about people being cheap "motafuckas" for not buying the service manual?

Hypocrite is what you are sir. Got your number, I have :)

@Rcanon409 the front sprocket is the same I use on all race bikes....a drilled steel front sprocket and they work great. I just wanted to detail my experience with full disclosure that I noticed a slight bit of drive line lash with the solid front sprocket as opposed to the rubber-mounted one. Not a big deal at all, seriously.

@2015HRC For anyone that would like to know about this .... when I first joined here I tried to explain to this fella and a few others that a fork and shock have damping control for rebound and compression and that "dampening" is something you do to make something more wet. Their response was to be hostile and then add "DAMPENING" to their signatures. Can you really trust someone that can't admit being wrong, despite fact-based evidence to the contrary?

HRC parts sourced in Europe are double the price of those sourced directly from Japan
@RC45 The price listed on Ten Kate's website is 鈧1,893.87 and the nice folks over there have offered me, a normal guy with no special "connections" like you, a 15% off discount when they place an order for me directly to HRC which will take 1-5 weeks to arrive. That comes out to $1892 USD so how is there $2 "premium" what you call "double the price"?

Once again, I am right. I can do this all day. Next.

@RC45 I price-checked the first item you listed and Ten Kate is charging $1892 for for the same item. How is a $2 discount equivalent to "double the price" you charge?

Once again, I am right. I can do this all day.
Thank you for bringing this to all of our attention... I never would have imagined that @RC45 would have told such a bold face lie but he proved me wrong for the first time in the history of me knowing him.

Then you are not as informed as you think you are.
Padgetts, Alan Jackson Racing, any HRC Service Center in Japan, TSR, Moriwaki, MotoJapan and many more.

Good to know!! Thanks for the info. I'll give them my money and ask them about you and why you need my entire biography before blessing me with permission to buy these parts that you are trying negotiate with someone to drop ship.

@2015HRC Did some checking and heard you were a decent guy but maybe that assessment was wrong.

I only see what you post on the threads I start so why are you here contributing nothing? I didn't start any of this and it has become a mission of mine to put those who were assholes in their place....look back in my posts and you will see this is VERY clear.

It is not up for debate the FACT that I have contributed more fact-based, verifiable info about the new bike (SC82) than anyone else on this forum and will continue to do so, you are welcome.

If you don't plan on getting the new bike then once again why are you here on the threads I start, contributing nothing?

Don't get irritated with me or call me names because I won't take shit from anyone. Be glad I am here trying to help because that is exactly what I am doing and I am not asking for a penny from anyone.

There or their?
So much for attention to detail.

How about the ECU to go along with the harness?
Come now, full disclosure when you are being a general ass about pricing why not share the ECU price?

@RC45 oh man you got me there on a spelling mistake, wow, good for you, put a little check mark on your board :) I'm still WAY ahead of you on everything I have posted but you can have this.

You should see my work on the bikes I build, you would learn quite a lot.

You can do the price comparison since you are a team member at Ten Kate right?! I just checked the first one but I can do more to prove AGAIN my point if you would like. I presume with no VAT and 15% off (as they offered) all the prices will be about the same as what you are offering....the difference is they are actual HRC importers who will support me with fact-based solutions born in racing as they are a World Superbike team. You can't offer that - not sure why you are trying tbh, so far no one is interested are they? :-(

Btw, still interesting you won't discuss paying for "Specialist" below you handle. Where I come from you earn that sort of title, all the Texans I know would agree with me.

I already know you're complete turd, no need to have to learn that again.

Please go ahead and do the price comparison. Be sure to show the price ex-vat and with the 15% discount.

You sitting down and moved all open drink containers away?
If its anything like the SC77 JSB exhaust, then about $3900 plus any price increases HRC has factored in.

HRC just put the price of everything up again --- the ECU was first priced at $1900 now it looks to be about $2400.
The ECU (PGM/FI), wiring harness and other needed parts are priced at $9,167 from Ten Kate (including VAT), if you are getting the HRC Superbike PGM/FI for less than 4,500 Euro than please tell me who your supplier is.

@RenegadeStealthBiker I ordered all my HRC parts and actually received them today after placing the order in early December 2020. I got 15% off their ex-VAT prices.

One little surprise I didn't know about is the additional connector, Kvaser leaf light HS v2 CAN Interface, that you will need to connect your SUB HARNESS, D-SUB CONN p/n: 38900-NLT-000.

That interface is another $325 and you have to have it.

Contact Ten Kate, they make it pretty simple from there. They will create a quote for you which you will pay through a secured link. Keep in mind it took about 3.5 weeks for me to get my HRC stuff but they are great people. Lmk if you have any questions.

OK, their prices are much higher as posted on their web site. I have sent them an email. The prices on their web site include VAT - are customers in US required to pay VAT?
