Done just over 600 in a week so taking it in for it's first free service tomorrow.

Starting to take it up 7.5k through the gears and it feels like i'm flying

I've only been riding again for a year but I'm already doing more with this bike after 600 miles than I ever did with my 954 or RRS

It just gives me loads of confidence. seems to take everything in it's stride

I just love this bike

There seems to be another power increase at 8k or so. I was suprised kinda nocked me back in the seat alittle.

Stu, I totally agree. I have a 954 as well, but the 1000 eats up everything you can dish out to it. Amazing bike.

I think the 8000 rpm thing is the second stage of the fuel injectors kicking in.
