Need help finding a set of fairings.

i will have my blue and yellow up here before too long from my 06. rash on tank and a little rash on lower aswell as it melted a little.

donkey ran into my bike in a parking lot and knocked it over. i picked up a set of oem black super cheap so im going to be getting rid of the blue and yellow.

My silver 07 fairings will likely be up for sale shortly

not perfect but good condition

where are you? I have a complete set, no rash... 06 silver.. One of the stickers have pulled away from the fender, but I haven't seen one that doesn't...

Oops, forgot the years............corrected. Although i appreciate the offers for not so perfect fairings i'm just not really looking for damaged sets.

Oof, there's some odd luck. Not very often one gets to tell a story like that. Did the donkey at least leave his info with the bike?


Kind of looking for complete unblemished sets. If something is uber cheap i might consider a purchase and then chasing down the replacement parts. Just not going to be a first option for me due to the headache of piecing together a set.

I've got a street set with a custom paint job. Black with silver speck. Paint has some overspray in some areas but it's a good set and with a little light sanding they'd look mint. 200 bucks.

damn $200! thats a steal. no he didnt have his info. he had to call his mom to bring it out. i was stuck there for close to an hr. got my money so im happy. pm me if you decide your interested.

I bought em as a backup set but my bike is track only now. They've been collecting dust on the shelf. I'll try and get some pics up tomorrow.

I guess you're right.....looking for a set of oem plastics that hasn't been down is to much to ask for.

My shit's never been down, smart ass.

I didn't want the buyer to assume they were mint. Cuz I ride my shit. 9k miles is gonna put some wear and tear on bodywork.

are these originaly factory pieces that have been repainted? Im definitely interested as I had a lil accident last night.

Oh how nice, you've already moved on to name calling. The only person ASSuming anything on this thread is yourself. You nearly live on this site so i'm sure you are familiar with common forum etiquette which is why i'm astonished as to why you feel the need to try to ruin a perfectly good thread for no reason. Its obvious you have nothing positive you contribute to the thread, so could you do the curtious thing you should have done in the first place and simply move along.

welcome to 1000rr.net! theres a lot of smartasses on this site but theyre also very knowledgeable bout these bikes. bein a noob to the site you should have made a proper introduction before posting a random thread lookin for sumthin without expecting some kinda negative remarks. I have to agree bout you bein picky, I mean youre looking for used fairings but expecting new condition and assume theyre gonna be easy to find. the odds of finding a USED set of perfect plastics is not much and yes its gonna take time and be "laborious" as you put it.

Sorry I haven't posted pics yet. Had the baby yesterday, at the fire dept today, and have a trackday tomorrow. Best I can do now is Monday. Brooks yes these are repainted OEMs.

can you PM me some pics? I found a local guy with some chinese repsol fairings for 250 but Id rather have OEM and repaint.
