Hello everyone I'm a new member. I was trying to sell some stuff and didn't know the rules ( 60 days and 100 posts ). Uh where to start. I had a CBR1000RR 06 red/blk loved that shit! but it ended up getting robbed in south beach, fl =/

I actually got arrested by the cops and the cops took the bike.

no insurance on the bike. LOL shit sucks. It was exactly 11999 I put 2000 down 9999 finance they said I don't need insurance if its under 10000 so I didn't get insurance like an idiot.

They told me if I get the bike in less then 10,000 dollars that I do not need to get insurance and this is why I bought the bike because I didn't want to spend $ on insurance. The cops stoled the bike im 99% positive. First, while I was being arrested my mom was calling and I told them can you please pick up and tell her I am being arrested the cops response was grab my phone and throw it agaisnt the floor and say "who the fuck you think you are". Second, on back of the report they filled out which has 3 copys the yellow pink and whatever the other color. Well it happens to be that i got the last copy and in back of that copy there was a little note " cbr 1000 red between collins 8th and 9th " and that was where the bike was put 1 and 1 together.

I am struggling to follow. What were you stopped for and why did they arrest you? If they took the bike, it has to be at an impound right?
