well not a new member as such, been nearly 10 years since i had fireblades, but just jumped from 8 yrs of bmw s1k's to a freshly built sc82, track only. was fun to build it from a frame+engine only (mostly...) and have no-one else t blame if it all goes wrong

. just starting to get my head around the HRC electronics+s/w, 1st outing at jerez in a few weeks

Welcome! How high do those track plastics plastics put your riding position? Do they change the seat height at all versus the factory seat?

couldn't tell you tbh, i started with a bare chassis so nothing to compare it to. spent a bit of time getting pegs, bars, levers set, but will need tweaking on my 1st outing no doubt.

they are, just not to me

the fairings are last yrs jackson racing fairings, freindly with the team so managed to buy a set already painted etc. thhey build a lot of customer bikes over here in the UK and are 1 of the main HRC suppliers for parts etc
