This is what happens whenst you try to use a rear tire for that 4th race--when you are running in the 1:45 range trying to break into the 44s or 43s--Namely STUPID HURTZ
Long story, the good news is I finshed 9th in OpenSuperBike (out of about 40) with arguably the most competitive club racers in the country. The Open GP class was such a bad joke(traffic wise)--I ran Formula Pacific against my better judgement with that rear tire, cuz I was pissed and wanted to put down some serious laptimes--In hindsight buying another rear INTECH for $325 would have been ALOT smarter. Im pretty good at feeling whenst the rear is going and adjusting throttle control accordlingly--guess I missed by a tad

I got really lucky--it pitced me about 10ft in th air--my wife and daughters werent too happy about watching that
The bike is remarkably unscathed--the tank is bent shitless, the fairing stay is toast, the left rearset is toast, race plastic very repairable
My helmet broke the little plastic foil thing off but NO impact scratches-that makes me very happy, as Ive spent like $2K in helmet in teh past few years
Me--left ankle twisted pretty good, left asscheek a tad bruised see below, dayam wont let me upload the pic--Ill try later cuz I know everyone wants to see my ass
NO I dont use TC--nor would I, it aint the magic bullit everyone thinks and usually slows you down considerably, but I WILL only use a rear tire for 2 races in the future
