Hi thanks for response. It's running very rich fowling plugs. Maybe even dumping fuel of all I know.

So Spark Plugs , MAP vacuum hose , and Fuel Pump (Pressure Regulator), maybe worth taking a look at these

Is it a stock ECU or has it been flashed, tuned, or changed in any way?
When did the flooding issue begin?
What has been done, modified, changed prior to the issue?

Hi cleaned injectors, cleaned fuel pump and regulator, replaced ecu the entire nine yards. Put new plugs. Keeps doing the same bu fowling okugs. Now thinking it's cracked sleeve or value stem seals. Any opinions please before engine is stripped

have you thought about ignition problems?
I believe bad coils or in general, ignition can lead to plugs fouling up.

How many miles is your bike?
O2 sensor still operating correctly?
If it is bad, the ECU will not have feedback and won't be able to make a good decision on how much fuel to inject.
