this is a cool site, with some neat features and functions

but when I click on the "ranks" option, I get an error:
"Fatal error: Cannot redeclare get_rank_title() in /home/www1000/public_html/forums/ranks.php on line 45"

anybody else get this? I assume the "ranks" link explains how each member is ranked on this site (Newbie, etc.)
