hi, is it possible that my lithium battery measures 14.25v with the engine off? I have an engine light that doesn't want to go off (p0113) I don't understand if somehow the battery can be the cause

No problem, lithium battery has slightly higher full-charge voltage than lead-acid. Still lower than 14.5-15v of charging system when running.

Do you have multimeter and factory service manual? Follow test procedure in manual for code p0113. Most of time it's bad/broken wiring or corroded terminals in connectors.
