Rear brakes no longer working after reassembly. Help!

So, I took apart my rearsets to have them powder coated, and after I put it back together, the rear brakes are like jello! I did not touch the brake line so there is no reason for there to be air in the lines or anything. The only thing I can think of is this pictured below.

When I was trying to figure out how to remove everything I did twist this bolt assembly around a few times hoping it would unscrew. Could that be it? Im really at a loss and would rather get some insight for this before I take things apart again. Thanks!

As you can tell by my posts I am by no means even slightly qualified to give you a definitive answer to your problem.I have a 06 1000rr and I also removed my rearsets to get powder coated and after I reinstalled I had no problem. However I never made adjustments to the brake switch Like you said you did.Why not try to readjust the switch.I think you can do it without disassembly
Well I think I do have to take it apart again. The nut doesn't budge in its position now because its being held in, but I will need to take it almost apart completely to rotate it a little. I just didn't want to waste my time if that's not even the problem. Ill see what I hear for a few more hours then Ill just suck it up and take it apart again and keep my fingers crossed.

That's a good Idea to see what others have to say. From my experience here is one or more of the members will give you exactly what your looking for.
