On 08/09/08 I ordered a Go pro camera from him and he kept putting of that the order hadn't come in. On 12/18/08 he finally agreed to refund. he has bounced 4 e-checks to me and claimed the mail lost 2 money orders to me. I still have no camera or money back and he won't answer pm's.

wow.. that's all i have to say.. don't worry, you'll hear from him.. and i hope he decides to be nice..

Jim is solid, If he's at fault he'll make it right, Ive had lots of deals with him and they have all been good.

I hope your right, he has always had a good rep on here and I have tried to be really patient.

Very interesting. Jim is a stand up, great person to deal with. Send him a message and I am sure this will all get worked out.

Thanks to mcohen for bringing this thread to my attention. I had not seen the pms until now.


There were numerous issues along the way with our transaction, and they were my issues. I had canceled a cashiers check after it never arrived, and then I was told of a second one never arriving. I put a tracer out on it, and it did show cashed, so I assumed the matter was handled.

I will make this right, and I will pursue the investigation into the matter after the fact. I am not going to let 200 dollars damage my reputation. I will have to wait until Monday to make this right at this point.

For the record, the issue that ended up being the problem on the paypal end with e-checks being dishonored was due to Paypal reverting back to a long since closed account. I had deleted it from the Paypal profile, but they apparently associated the wrong one.

I have been very busy with other endeavors recently, so I apologize for not seeing the PM sooner. For the quickest response, please use my email address if you need to.

You will receive a refund by Paypal on Monday. Deepest apologies, I agree, this has been way too long in getting taken care of.

The last check was apparently cashed in Pearl, so I will be contacting the Police there for further assistance after I take care of you.

Told you Jim was a stand up guy and I knew he would make this right. Like Jim said, use his email to contact him, I got a reply within a few minutes of sending him an email. Hope your happy now BPS

BPS has a right to be upset. It is her money, and she does not have it. Will be fixed.

I agree, I was just making sure that she was happy that you have replied to her and are going to make things right. That's what I was trying to say.

I am glad to hear a reply and hope everything works out, I hated to bring it to open forum, but thought I was being ignored. Thank you for responding. If the last check is showing to have been cashed, I will do anything I can to help get to the bottom of it, but it never arrived here.
