Hi Friends, I also want to do the conversion for the CBR1000RR 2008, I have read the articles by CaptPNOY, he described everything well.

But what does he mean by the lowes 5/8 washer? How many mm thick? and how big in size OD have the Washer ?

If the collar comes on the inside of the wheel bearing or washer?

there are also contributions from pdfruth who somehow didn't cut anything. But I want to do the conversion like CaptPNOY, the rims are already 2mm down. I only have the parts I don't know what he meant by the 5/8 washer. do you have any idea?

Someone has photos of the Conversion wheel inside ?
