So I just had my first track day experience, and on top of seeing I have a lot to learn I went into it knowing that suspension is something super important to riding in general but especially on the track. Now the suspension tuner at the track knew how to work on the Öhlins forks but when we looked for setting sag in the rear shock for the life of us we couldn't find how to adjust JUST the rear shock.

So how exactly do you go about setting sag on this active system? Also: I plan on doing a lot more track days, very addicted and realizing that being a decent street rider means nothing on a track, if I want more trust in my suspension is it better to run non-electronic suspension?
