I feel for those of us not able to have the bibles of parts available that those willing to help can offer some advice, dimensions and pics of the upgrades made.

Issue is typically based on the big companies like Probolt don’t have the SP1 listed and due to the upgrades on it like the Brembos help here can assist.

To get it started let’s get info and dimensions for

Front Brembo Caliper bolts and banjo

Rear Caliper and banjo

Yoke nut

Pinch bolts fork lower

Rear wheel nut

Typically this can help with those upgrading brake lines and having parts ready for the install.

TIA

Not sure I follow the concern?

Go to the Pro Bolt UK site to either confirm the size/component or just place the actual order with Pro Bolt UK.

I and others literally full Ti Bolt kitted SC17s using this method as far back as 2018. Including engine, chassis etc.

If there are concerns about the actual sizing then measure directly off the bolt/screw faster you have in hand length, thread and pitch and pick from the list.

Localized Pro Bolt suppliers don’t carry everything in stock and will sub-order from UK when needed anyway, so you may as well just use Probolt UK and order direct using SC17 CBR Bolt kits and get what you need without guessing.

The only ‘special’ Bolt that’s different on an SP/SP2 is the Brembo caliper bleed screw. It’s not the same thread as a Brembo sourced Brembo caliper bleed screw but rather a Honda OEM threaded bleed screw.

Everything else is Honda SC77, which are pretty much the same as Honda SC59. :)

Bikebandit.com shows both cbr1000rr and a 2018 SP share the same banjo bolts.
Probolt

2015 fireblade banjo bolts are listed on Probolt

This is will all depend on the lines you purchased. In case you need a double banjo somewhere
This will get you started. Just need to spend the some time to find what you need.

Thanks, as noted Australia hasn’t got everything as other sites and I’m “trying” to shop local due to COVID keep money here etc where possible.

This is what I was after.. and exactly what I need to be certain right thread.

All 2017+ bikes with ABS are the same brake line layout - ABS, SP1 & SP2.

Base, ABS and SP1 wheels are the same except for the gold paint.

The SP1 brake rotors are the same as the Base and ABS except for the gold paint.

Base, ABS and SP1 all share the same wheel speed sensors and rings as they all use the same Honda Selectable Torque Control system,

The Honda OEM Brembo SP1 & SP2 M4s are Honda'rised. The banjo bolts are Tokico thread not Brembo thread.

Just figured you would want to know so you don't buy Ti banjo bolts in Brembo thread and get stuck with them ;)
