That would be your servo valve guide. Those two cables come from your servo motor which is located under your seat. If you change exhaust you will either need a plug and play unit like the servo buddy or you can delete the servo with an ecu flash so you won’t get the F1 light on the dash. Look up on YouTube 2017 cbr1000rr servo delete, or something to that effect.
