I see his name mentioned a lot on here and on other sites. I guess he's involved with roadracing? Please forgive my ignorance on this, but my background is totally from dragracing.
Perhaps you can gain a bit more knowledge by visiting his site. www.kyleusa.com There is all kinds of info about him and what he has and can do. He is VERY knowledgable in his field and is a great guy to boot.
He only stocks the best products available (Ex. Sato)
Best customer service I've experienced to date.
He will steer you away from spending $ if he thinks you don't need it or it is a waste of money. (Ex. not putting aftermarket springs in the Current Showa forks, they aren't needed, only some spacer work, and polishing, and revalving). I've spent thousands of dollars with him, and have only had the best experience. He really does know his shit well.
Cannot speak highly enough of the guy. He has done a considerable amount of work for me. Fantastic guy to deal with. Very honest and will definately steer you away from spending $$ you don't have to. I highly recommend him.
