Yet the flat earther is still wrong. This isn't a high school debate, it's real life.
You may have time to run through all the ball earth theories, I don't - I am comfortable with the settled science - the earth is round no matter how much the flat earther protests - IOW I have done a lot more than the flat earther. I have offered facts whether he chooses to accept them or not.(y)
At one point the most intelligent astronomers (along with the rest of the population) on this planet though the earth was the center of the universe. They were wrong.
But they made those assumptions with the information and technology they had at the time. Then, other people came along and questioned these guys and at first they were rejected because they went against the opinions of those with experience and authority.

We can easily dismiss flat earthers nowadays because that is logic and information a 5 year old can comprehend.

However, the workings of the ECU is not. So much so that even the company who is selling the fleshing tools for half a thousand dollars admits that even they don't fully understand.

So ya, we're not debating a flat earth here bud. You're gonna have to prove your statements.

Funny how you keep saying you don't have the time to show graphs or use logic. But keep on replying to this and continuing the conversation.
You could of easily have gotten that secret magic info you keep claiming you have instead of stating the same thing over and over.

Here is a clue - I am sure you are aware it is possible to bounce a bike off the rev limiter without using full throttle. This is a clue as to how it would be possible to put a Throttle By Wire ETV table managed bike on the dyno and make a pull ostensibly using "full throttle" but you are not and still have a run that goes to 13,800rpm.
Hell, even the stock US bike with a 73% capped throttle can pull redline - so...... it is possible to influence the number measured on the dyno by how you roll on the throttle.
Who do you suggest is providing false/misleading dyno comparisons by not going full throttle, and/or setting up a phony "before" run by either not going full throttle or capping ETV at 70,80,90?

It should be surprising to no one that doing a dyno pull at partial throttle would give different results than doing one at full throttle. Again who are you implying is pulling this shady tactic?

And what you are talking about here is totally different than "how you roll on the throttle".

I just can't believe people have so much faith in RC45 to believe without question that if you pin the throttle in 5th gear at 3k rpms, how you initially pin the throttle, affects the power output up at 12k rpms, according to RC45 by up to 11 horsepower. If this were true on the dyno then the same would have to be true on the street. If people believe this then you should be asking RC45 how to properly pin it so you get full power!

@Raptor2277 I just imported all your ETV tables into power mode 2 so that when I get home and flash the bike I can easily go back and forth from stock Europe table to yours. Should be interesting! I get home on March 11th so if you come out with another iteration by then please post it up so I can update. Thanks.

Does the latest version of the Woolich software still require the o2sensor and servo motor to be plugged in before you refresh the ECU? Or did they finally resolve this issue?

You need to disable the error codes/flash the bike before removing said equipment. I think it is just the way the ECU works, not necessarily a problem with the Woolich software.

@Raptor2277 to update I did test your ETV tables and while I like the smoothness for me the throttle just feels a little dead. I am still using it though as a "softer" map. It's nice for that and is really nice for super tight roads where I am in first gear a lot. Thanks for your contribution(y).

The usual shit and I think the mod was just tired of it. Kind of too bad because sometimes he did offer valuable information, but, too much drama.

Constantly attack a guy who is doing good for the community and then throw him out because the delivery hurts your feelings. Why does this feel so familiar? Just sayin.
I think it was a number of things with rc54, really. Sure he brought some good information to the forum, but he comes across super self centered and egotistical. I read loads of threads where he belittles people for having a contrary outlook.

Personally I’d rather have this guy MCU here anyways, he designs the tool that the tuners use, and he works with known race teams, thats pretty cool, and now I read that he has tunes for a bunch of year CBR’s, and he seems like a nice guy. I would say win-win, after reading the rr-r reviews people have already put up from his flash.

Just imported fuel maps from @Smartdave 's tune on Woolich mapshares.
After one quick ride it feels good but not sure if much power was gained. @Smartdave I noticed you unified the fuel tables across all 4 cylinders. Is there a reason you did this vs keeping the stock offset? I figure the inside 2 cylinders may need a little more fuel as they may run a little hotter than the outside 2.

Are you still running this tune? What was your target AFR? And thank you for doing the legwork of making this tune. Much appreciated.

Target afr I think was 13.3 or 4. I am away from my tuning computer for about a week. I can check for sure then. Yes I am still using this tune and for me it works great

I unified the fuel maps because that was recommended long ago

Good to hear from you Dave, and glad to hear the tune is still working well for you. I will probably stick with it as well. Was meaning to get in another test ride today but no luck. It felt good last night, these things are just so fast it's sometimes hard to tell. It definitely felt smooth though.

And BTW, I was looking at your tune, and I think you could get some improvement in the ETV tables. You might want to try my ETV tables, I think you would like them (y).
